• Research and develop new methods for insurance rating and loss reserving
• Prepare and coordinate analyses of rate and statistical filings for regulatory submission
• Provide training and support to Actuarial Analysts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Conduct data analysis, rate reviews, and recommend changes to insurance products
• Stay updated on industry developments and emerging actuarial methods and tools

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 5 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 3 years of experience
• Minimum of 5 years performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines pricing insurance
• Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Expert‑level problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and give formal presentations
• In‑depth knowledge of the actuarial industry and insurance marketplace
• Basic software programming skills
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to contribute to company culture
