PIP Claims Specialist - Remote

• Handle moderately complex PIP and Medical Pay claims from initiation to conclusion
• Investigate and evaluate medical expense claims and make coverage determinations
• Assist with FNOL calls and provide Claims Advisory Support as needed
• Present coverage issues to the committee for review
• Manage claims with reserves up to policy limits, ensuring thorough investigations

• Minimum of 1-2 years of claims experience required
• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Required to obtain and/or maintain multiple Adjuster’s Licenses within the first 90 days of employment
• Strong computer navigation skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Prior experience handling PIP claims and first-party medical coverage
• Knowledge of collision, loss-of-use, third-party property damage, and bodily injury exposures
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Capability to complete training and perform the job in a remote setting
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
