High-End Insurance Sales Agency is looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:
- Agents who need to make money out of desperation.
- Agents who cannot afford their own leads to make sales.
- Agents who need hand-holding at every step.
- Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).
- People who are not coachable and have a large ego.
Who We ARE Looking For:
- Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well.
- Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
- Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies.
All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. The average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.
We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are seeking more agents to join us.
