Personal Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. With a rich history dating back to 1890, the organization has been a trusted name in the industry and continues to grow through strategic acquisitions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, providing a balance between in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage back-end servicing and support tasks efficiently.

• Salary:
  Up to $45,000 annually

• Provide exceptional back-end servicing and support for personal lines accounts
• Assist with quoting new and renewal business
• Maintain and update client records using Salesforce software
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide accurate and timely advice to clients

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance within an agency setting
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
