• Manage all claims efficiently and effectively to an appropriate resolution with minimal supervision.
• Handle all aspects of liability injury claims of low to moderate complexity.
• Assist in taking first notice of loss calls (FNOL) and participate in the department phone queue as needed.
• Develop negotiation strategies to resolve claims effectively with insureds and claimants.
• Communicate pertinent case facts to supervisors or management when appropriate.

• 2+ years of Casualty claims experience or a minimum of 2 years of claims experience including 1+ year of Commercial claims experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Casualty claims role within the P&C insurance industry.
• Required to acquire and/or maintain multiple Adjuster’s Licenses (state‑specific) within the first 90 days of employment.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong computer navigation abilities.
• Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.

• 3+ years of Casualty claims handling experience.
• Prior experience with Commercial policies.
• BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area.
• Flexibility to work any shift during operating hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Capability to complete training and perform the job in a remote setting.
