• Manage and resolve all aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity
• Conduct coverage determinations and investigative work related to claims
• Assist in taking first notice of loss calls and participate in the department phone queue
• Develop negotiation strategies to effectively resolve claims with insureds and claimants
• Communicate case facts to supervisors and actively contribute to company culture

• Minimum of 2 years of Casualty claims experience or 1+ year of Commercial claims experience
• High School Diploma or GED, or a minimum of 3 years in a Casualty claims role within the P&C insurance industry
• Ability to acquire and maintain multiple Adjuster’s Licenses within the first 90 days
• Strong computer navigation skills and outstanding interpersonal abilities
• Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

• 3+ years of experience handling Casualty claims
• Experience with Commercial policies
• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills with respect for diverse backgrounds
