We are looking for new INDEPENDENT LIFE INSURANCE AGENTS who are ready to learn the business, work hard, have fun, and earn what you’re worth. NO COLD CALLING. You will be selling life insurance ONLY to people who have already reached out and asked for help with life insurance. NO membership fees, dues, franchise fees, or sales quotas. Hands-on training and mentoring are provided, with the possibility of owning your own agency if desired.

• Sell life insurance products to inbound leads who have requested assistance.
• Engage in hands-on training and participate in mentoring with experienced agents.
• Maintain high ethical standards and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver excellent client service and results.

• Independent life insurance agent or eligible to obtain a life insurance license.
• Willingness to learn, work hard, and be coachable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working from home and managing a flexible schedule.

• Hands-on training and mentoring from experienced agents.

• Potential to own your own agency if desired.
