Field Representative – Insurance Inspections – Castle Rock, CO

As a Verisk Field Representative, you will evaluate commercial business sites for multiple lines of insurance coverage, loss prevention, and risk assessment. You will assist insurers in underwriting and pricing decisions through onsite observations and reporting. This full‑time position requires effective planning and organizational skills to schedule and complete site visits and reports.

• Schedule and conduct on‑site visits and complete appropriate reports for customers to evaluate risk.
• Identify business operations, construction materials, fire protection systems, safety measures, and develop recommendations related to safety and loss control.
• Represent Verisk and customers via phone, in person, and written correspondence.
• Execute data‑quality commitments, ensuring accurate and customer‑centric reports.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferred fields include Risk Management, Construction Management, Property & Liability Insurance, Safety.
• Experience in insurance loss control, underwriting, claims, commercial building construction, compliance, or safety occupations.
• Excellent customer service and written communication skills; ability to produce concise, high‑quality reports.
• Proficiency with technology (laptops, mobile devices, MS Office) and functional math for square feet, perimeter, percentages.
• Self‑motivated planning, goal‑setting, and time‑management skills; efficient routing and scheduling of site visits.
• Ability to record detailed measurements and travel to various environments, working in outdoor conditions, walking, standing, climbing stairs, driving, occasionally using ladders.
• Professional designations (CFPS, CSP, ARM, ALCM, NFPA, CPCU) are a plus.

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory record.
• Possible overnight travel (in and out of state) for business needs.
• Ability to absorb and apply training through virtual or in‑person instruction.
• Remote work environment with high‑speed internet, primary residence near the posted city.
• This position is remote with on‑site property visits within a defined territory.
