Subrogation Specialist; Remote

• Investigate, research, and conclude subrogation recovery for automobile losses
• Handle a variety of automobile subrogation claims, focusing on lower complexity recoveries
• Negotiate and finalize recovery settlements while maintaining regulatory compliance
• Conduct arbitrations on disputed liability and damage claims
• Determine appropriate collection methods for claims

• 3+ years of automotive claims liability experience
• General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance
• BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or related area, or equivalent experience
• General understanding of different lines of coverage (e.g., homeowners, auto)
• Excellent communication skills with diverse backgrounds
• Active participation in company culture initiatives (e.g., employee resource groups)
