Personal Line CSR

Location Hempstead, NY

Work Week 100% remote

Salary $60-75,000 + Benefits

Our Client, seeks a career minded associate account manager who can assist an Account Executive as follows:

• Process applications, proposals, invoices, binders, certificates of insurance, schedules of insurance and automobile identification cards
• General correspondence including transmitting policies, endorsements, audits and certificates of insurance to clients and companies.
• Request loss information from companies and follow-up with companies for outstanding items

Requirements

• 1 years of brokerage client day-to-day servicing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work.
• Task oriented, excellent organization skill and ability to prioritize workload.
• Enthusiastic, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, self-motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must have experience with Microsoft word and excel.
• Knowledge of EPIC helpful
