Description
Our Licensed Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the states Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Georgia. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.
Pay DetailsLiberty Mutual Insurance provided pay range. Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
- Provide customer-focused insurance guidance and support to ensure optimal product fit.
- From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.
- All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.
- Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST); this schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
- All computer equipment is provided. Work-at-home requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to close sales.
- Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently licensed).
Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range reflects competitive market value and provides opportunities for progression. Some roles may include commission and/or bonus earnings based on the compensation plan for the role.
