Position: *MARCH START* Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for personal auto and home insurance
  • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer‑facing role
  • Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships
  • Participate in a structured training program to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
  • Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and maintain focus in a distraction‑free setting
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • High‑speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in insurance sales, particularly in personal lines or property and casualty
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry and its regulatory requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric approach
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and schedules
