Szura Insurance Services is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Rochester, Michigan. Hybrid position available. $60,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Competitive salary: $70,000 to $110,000 (based on experience)

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage updates, and renewals
• Review and analyze policies to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Work closely with underwriters, carriers, and clients to tailor insurance solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and handle claims inquiries when needed
• Support clients with EPIC software (experience preferred)

• Must be licensed in Commercial Lines Insurance
• Experience with EPIC software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
