Flood Claims Examiner
Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company invites applications for the Flood Claims Examiner position located in Ridgeland, MS.
LocationRidgeland, MS

Responsibilities- Review and process claim files for payment within designated authority level.
- Review, evaluate, and process ICC claims for payment.
- Answer incoming claim inquiries, verify coverage, and provide customer service to agency force, insureds, and claim personnel.
- Assist Flood Claim Supervisor in setting up annual Flood Claim Coordinator’s meeting.
- Assist with auditing flood claim operations.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
