- Juris Doctorate
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in private practice
- Strong legal analysis and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to provide legal advice concerning tort, property, and workers’ compensation claims
- Experience in insurance law or claims handling
- Background in training and educating personnel in legal matters
- Established relationships with industry professionals
- Involvement in community engagement initiatives
- Familiarity with the dynamics of claims processes in the insurance industry
