Subrogation Specialist; Remote

• Investigate, research, and conclude subrogation recovery for automobile losses
• Handle a variety of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross‑jurisdictional claims
• Initiate and participate in arbitrations regarding disputed claims
• Negotiate and finalize recovery settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the values of the employer in all interactions

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive claims liability
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• Proficient analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to type 50 words per minute and possess basic math and computer skills
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• General understanding of various lines of insurance coverage (e.g., homeowners, auto)
• Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills with an appreciation for diverse backgrounds
• Active participation in company culture initiatives and community service
