• Manage an assigned underwriting team and enforce corporate underwriting guidelines

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of six years of commercial lines underwriting experience
• Strong knowledge of underwriting and risk analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team

• CPCU designation or other underwriting-related certifications
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in an underwriting environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
