• Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying applicants and providing coverage consultations to small business owners
• Consult on various small business lines, including Business Owner's Policy, Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
• Collaborate effectively as a team member in a high‑performing sales environment
• Manage desk priorities while delivering timely outcomes to customers
• Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team to write profitable business on complex risks

• Active commercial Property & Casualty license required
• Eligibility to hold a full Property & Casualty license in resident state and 48 non‑resident states (Hawaii/Alaska not included)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Property & Casualty insurance preferred
• Strong sales acumen with negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Proven organizational and desk management skills in a fast‑paced environment

• Previous call center experience
• Competitive nature with a strong desire to achieve sales goals
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
