Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Insurance Agent located in New Albany, MS, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Commercial Insurance Agent will be responsible for servicing and cross-selling insurance products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include assessing clients' insurance needs, offering suitable insurance solutions, and managing policy renewals and claims processing.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance
- Experience in Casualty Insurance and Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications or licensure in Insurance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
