• Some insurance experience is required
• Must obtain Resident Property & Casualty and Life and Health licenses
• Ability to obtain non-resident licenses for AL, GA, FL, SC, and TN
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving

• Experience in a sales role within the insurance industry
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with insurance products and market trends
