• Prepare and process product changes supporting filing projects and compliance schedules
• Collaborate with carrier partners and the Product Compliance team to ensure accurate product filings
• Research and interpret state requirements for product filings, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Serve as a subject matter expert and first point of contact for carrier partners
• Maintain documentation and assist in resolving state objections and compliance issues

• Knowledge and experience in Personal Auto Insurance products
• Familiarity with SERFF and public company requirements, including Sarbanes‑Oxley regulations
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external partners
• Ability to prioritize workload and achieve filing submissions production goals

• Experience with filing documents for insurance products
• Proactive and critical thinker with a keen attention to detail
• Previous experience in a compliance or regulatory role within the insurance industry
