• Consult with pre-qualified leads to assess life insurance needs.
• Present tailored insurance solutions and secure commitments.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions.
• Support agency growth initiatives and potentially lead your own agency unit.

• Licensed life insurance agent with a passion for client service.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and ready to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.

• No cold calling, membership fees, or sales quotas.
• Hands‑on training and mentoring from senior agents.
