• Manage all aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity
• Handle liability injury claims, including coverage, liability, and damage concerns
• Make coverage determinations and conduct investigative work related to claims
• Develop negotiation strategies to resolve claims effectively with all parties involved
• Actively participate in shaping company culture through various initiatives and team interactions

• 4-5 years of claims experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in casualty adjuster roles
• High school diploma (HS/GED) or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a casualty claims role within the P&C insurance industry
• Must hold an Adjuster's license for applicable states or obtain licenses within 90 days of employment
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage claims with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel as needed for role, including team meetings and in-person interactions

• 5+ years of experience as a casualty claims adjuster
• BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in handling commercial claims
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
• Active participation in employee resource groups or community service initiatives
