• Manage and resolve all aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity
• Handle liability injury claims, including coverage, liability, and damage assessments
• Assist with first notice of loss calls and participate in the department phone queue as needed
• Conduct investigative work to determine coverage issues and make liability determinations
• Develop negotiation strategies to resolve claims effectively with insureds and claimants

• 2+ years of Casualty claims experience or a minimum of 2 years of claims experience including 1+ year of Commercial claims experience
• High School Diploma or GED, or a minimum of 3 years experience in a Casualty claims role within the P&C insurance industry
• Must acquire and maintain multiple Adjuster’s Licenses within the first 90 days of employment
• Capability to perform the job in a remote setting as required
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong computer navigation abilities

• 3+ years of Casualty claims handling experience
• Prior experience with Commercial policies
• BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area
• Flexibility to work any shift during operating hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while showing respect for diverse backgrounds
