- Prepare and coordinate analyses of rate and statistical filings for regulatory agencies
- Provide training and mentorship to Actuarial Analysts and evaluate their analytical work

- Conduct data analysis, perform rate reviews, and recommend changes to insurance products
- BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 5 years of post‑bachelor experience in statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
- Or a graduate degree in the same fields with 3 years of relevant experience
- Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages, such as SQL, R, Python, or Radar
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Expert‑level problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver formal presentations
- In‑depth knowledge of the actuarial industry and insurance marketplace
- Basic software programming skills
- Active participation in company culture initiatives, such as employee resource groups and volunteer activities
