• Grow the agency through new business generation and cross‑selling to our existing customer base

• Currently licensed in Property & Casualty (Life & Health preferred)
• At least 2 years of proven Allstate insurance sales experience

• Highly motivated, confident, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
• Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and follow‑up activities
• Goal‑oriented with a strong drive to exceed expectations
