  This role is eligible for fully remote work.

• Manage subrogation recovery efforts for commercial auto PD claims, from first notification through to final settlement.
• Conduct liability analysis, gather supporting evidence, and engage in negotiations with third parties to maximize recovery outcomes within designated authority.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding recovery potential, progress updates, and strategy recommendations; secure approvals as needed for settlement decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the claims department to support timely and complete recovery documentation and to preserve recovery rights throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment with relevant laws, international conventions, and contractual obligations in pursuit of recoveries.
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation of subrogation efforts and outcomes to support transparency, legal compliance, and reporting needs.

As a key member of our Subrogation team, you will:

• Leverage your deep knowledge of transportation law to evaluate liability, identify recovery opportunities, and pursue successful resolutions.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients by providing proactive communication, clear recovery recommendations, and industry‑informed advice.
• Navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks with precision and professionalism, applying negotiation and analytical skills to drive recovery success.

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience handling subrogation.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all applicable jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of recovery processes and applicable laws.
• Proficiency in claims and business software platforms.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Industry certifications or coursework in subrogation.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
