Subrogation Specialist; Remote

• Investigate, research, and conclude subrogation recovery for automobile losses
• Handle an inventory of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross-jurisdictional claims
• Initiate and hear arbitration between companies on disputed claims
• Negotiate and conclude recovery settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Conduct themselves professionally and embody the values of the employer

• 3+ years of automotive claims liability experience
• General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related area, or equivalent experience
• General understanding of different lines of coverage (e.g., homeowners, auto)
• Excellent communication skills and respect for diverse backgrounds
• Active participation in company culture initiatives such as employee resource groups
