Position Overview:
We’re seeking Licensed Insurance Agents who are passionate about helping others, driven to succeed, and ready to take their career to the next level. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with clients to assess their needs, provide tailored insurance solutions, and support them in protecting what matters most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with individuals and families to identify life and health insurance needs
• Present and explain policy options based on client goals
• Assist clients through the application and approval process
• Stay current on industry products, trends, and compliance requirements
• Build and maintain a strong client base through referrals, networking, and outreach
• Participate in team training, development calls, and ongoing mentorship
