Position OverviewAs a State Farm Sales Account Manager, you will play a vital hybrid role combining Customer Care Representative and Insurance Sales Agent responsibilities. You will help clients understand their insurance needs, protect what matters most, and build lasting relationships — all while developing your career in the thriving insurance industry.
You’ll be part of a professional insurance agency team dedicated to personal growth, community impact, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll DoLearn the insurance industry, State Farm products, and our agency’s unique approach.
Prepare for and pass state licensing exams for Property & Casualty Insurance and Life & Health Insurance.
Use a client-focused, needs-based approach to educate, advise, and empower clients.
Collaborate with the team to set and achieve insurance sales goals aligned with the agency vision.
Develop and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and market appropriate insurance and financial products.
Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Deliver excellent customer care in a fast-paced, hybrid sales and service environment.
