- Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage high call volumes
- Strong attention to detail and capability to work in a distraction‑free environment
- High-speed broadband cable internet service with specified upload/download speeds
- Experience in insurance sales or related fields
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and performance metrics
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and products
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and schedules
