This full-time hybrid role, based in Lakewood, NJ, offers a balance of in-office responsibilities and the flexibility to work from home. As a Workers Comp Claims Director, you will oversee the claims management process, ensure compliance with industry standards, and develop effective claims‑handling strategies. Day‑to‑day tasks include reviewing and resolving workers' compensation claims, analyzing data to identify trends, collaborating with clients to address their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Strong experience in Claims Management and Claims Handling
• Proficient knowledge of the insurance industry and Workers’ Compensation policies
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and improve claims processes
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to foster trust and build client relationships
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in the healthcare or insurance sectors is a plus
