Subrogation Specialist; Remote

• Investigate, research, and conclude subrogation recovery for automobile losses
• Manage an inventory of automotive damage and disputed liability claims
• Negotiate and finalize recovery settlements while adhering to regulatory compliance
• Conduct arbitration hearings on disputed claims as necessary
• Evaluate and determine appropriate collection methods for claims

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
• General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
  
  Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• General understanding of different lines of coverage, such as homeowners and personal property
• Excellent communication skills with a respect for diverse backgrounds
• Active participation in company culture initiatives, such as employee resource groups
