Subrogation Specialist; Remote

• Investigate, research, and conclude subrogation recovery for automobile losses
• Handle a variety of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross-jurisdictional claims
• Negotiate and finalize recovery settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Initiate and conduct arbitration on disputed claims
• Evaluate and determine appropriate collection methods

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
• General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• General understanding of different lines of coverage (e.g., homeowners, auto)
• Excellent communication skills with diverse backgrounds
• Demonstrated commitment to company culture and community involvement
