Position: Subrogation Specialist (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Investigate, research, and conclude subrogation recovery for automobile losses
  • Handle an inventory of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross-jurisdictional claims
  • Negotiate and conclude recovery settlements while ensuring strict regulatory compliance
  • Initiate and hear arbitration between companies on disputed liability and damage claims
  • Determine the appropriate collection method and file arbitrations as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
  • General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills
  • Proficient analytical, problem‑solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
  • BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related area, or equivalent experience
  • General understanding of different lines of coverage (i.e., homeowners, auto, personal property)
  • Excellent communication skills with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Willingness to actively participate in company culture initiatives
