Subrogation Specialist; Remote

• Investigate, research, and conclude subrogation recovery for automobile losses
• Handle an inventory of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross-jurisdictional claims
• Negotiate and settle recovery settlements in compliance with regulations
• Conduct arbitration hearings on disputed liability and damage claims
• Determine appropriate collection methods for claims

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
• General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to type 50 words per minute and work effectively in a team environment

• General understanding of different lines of coverage (i.e., homeowners, auto, personal property)
• Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or related area, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills with respect for diverse backgrounds
• Active participation in company culture initiatives and teamwork
