• Manage dedicated accounts and maintain frequent interactions with Assureds, Brokers, and Underwriters
• Analyze complex claims and determine the scope and exposure for indemnity and expenses
• Communicate coverage determinations effectively to clients, brokers, and counsel
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes and share insights
• Travel may be required occasionally, but not frequently

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 or more years of experience in Claims and/or Litigation Management, or
• Juris Doctor with 2 or more years of experience in Claims and/or Litigation Management, or
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an associate degree and 6 or more years of experience in Claims and/or Litigation Management, or
• Completion of Zurich Claims Training Program with 6 or more years of experience in Claims and/or Litigation Management, or
• High School Diploma Equivalent with 8 or more years of experience in Claims and/or Litigation Management
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products

• Extensive experience with Marine claims, particularly in Marine Liability, Hull, and Ocean Cargo claims
• Licensed in all states as needed
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in collaborating within a team environment and building cross-functional relationships
• Ability to explain complex financial and actuarial trends/concepts clearly
