- Work independently and as part of a team, ensuring a distraction-free environment
- Bilingual Spanish-English skillset required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with a comfort level in negotiating and overcoming objections
- Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds
- Experience in insurance sales, particularly in personal lines or property and casualty
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets or performance metrics
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and market trends
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience in a remote work setting
