Position: *BILINGUAL - NO WEEKENDS* Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home insurance
  • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
  • Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
  • Work independently and as part of a team, ensuring a distraction-free environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bilingual Spanish-English skillset required
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with a comfort level in negotiating and overcoming objections
  • Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in insurance sales, particularly in personal lines or property and casualty
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets or performance metrics
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry and market trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Previous experience in a remote work setting
