Job Overview
National General, a part of The Allstate Corporation, offers a range of insurance products through independent agents and direct consumer channels. This role focuses on managing attorney‑represented bodily injury claims within the Pacific time zone states.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and confirm facts of bodily injury claims, covering coverage, damages, subrogation, and litigation.
- Apply intermediate understanding of National General policies and organizational relationships.
- Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling.
- Identify customer needs and deliver customer service solutions.
- Recognize vehicle body parts and understand potential property damage.
- Partner with assigned reps for subrogation or fraud claims to achieve best outcomes.
- Note:
This position does not have supervisory duties.
- 2+ years of experience handling attorney‑represented bodily injury claims.
- Experience managing nonstandard auto insurance claims.
- Familiarity with California‑specific claims handling practices and regulations.
Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses as required.

- Strong time management skills from a global case management perspective.
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills; ability to detect differences and issue recognition from multiple sources.

- Base compensation for this role is:
Auto Analyst III: $21.20-$30.87 - Auto Consultant I: $26.49-$37.50
- Auto Cons II: $28.03-$39.42
- Auto Sr Cons I: $35.82-$45.58
Total compensation includes base pay and incentive pay (commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable.
