** Job Description
** Responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for complex automobile accidents. Determines coverage, liability, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within limit of authority.** *
* ** This position is responsible for the initial handling of bodily injury claims.***
* ** Key Responsibilities
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle for complex cases
• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies written by the company, the industry, and organizational relationships within the company and department
• Handles investigation regarding all aspects of complex auto claims (coverage, liability and damages) with the exercise discretion and independence within increased level of authority
• For claims involving injuries (if handled), learns how to review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims
• Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle and understanding other potential property damage
• Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills### Experience

** Compensation
* * Base compensation offered for this role is:
Adjuster Analyst III: $50,000.00 - $65,300.00
Adjuster Cons I: $50,000.00 - $74,120.00
Adjuster Cons II: $56,000.00 - $82,500.00
Adjuster Sr Cons I: $68,500.00 - $And is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
