- Provide training and mentorship to Actuarial Analysts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actuarial support
- Conduct data analysis and recommend changes to insurance products
- BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 5 years of experience in statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
- Or a graduate degree in the same fields with 3 years of experience
- Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages, such as SQL, R, Python, etc.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Expert-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively
- In-depth actuarial industry knowledge and understanding of the insurance marketplace
- Basic computer software programming skills
- Active participation in company culture and community service initiatives
