A leading Financial Services organisation is seeking a Personal Lines Technical Underwriting Manager in Bristol. This role includes overseeing technical expertise for Regional Underwriters and contributing to the underwriting strategy within Personal Lines products. Candidates should have an established background in underwriting, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and a track record of coaching others. The position offers a salary of up to £70,000, a 25% annual bonus, and a hybrid working model allowing up to 60% home working.
