How you’ll make an impact
  • Use claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan action, and resolve claims.
  • Interact with parties in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to claimants with empathy throughout the claims process.
  • Handle claims consistent with client and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements.
  • Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file.
About you
  • Minimum 5 years of workers’ compensation adjusting experience, including a lost‑time/indemnity desk and litigation.
  • Experience with Federal Defense Base Act, Longshore preferred; claims in TX, CA, or NY acceptable.
  • No license required.
  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers’ compensation claims using analytical skills.
  • Partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance claims management.
  • Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants.
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 5 years of related claims experience.
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
  • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
  • Computer experience with related claims and business software.
Desired qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
