This ‘Third Party Administrator – with a difference’ is the brain child of several insurance veterans with rich pedigrees in utilising state-of-the-art technology to tackle longstanding problems in the claims industry. This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple Mac Book with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.

• Efficiently deal with a caseload of Commercial Property claims on behalf of a number of MGAs and insurers.
• Negotiate claims through to final settlement using your experience and knowledge.
• Utilise state-of-the-art technology with full support from a dedicated Claims Support Team.

• Applications welcome from Commercial Property Claims Handlers who have worked for an insurance company, or handled claims via delegated authority at a broker or loss-adjusting firm.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision, while staying well-organised with excellent task-management skills.
• Client service-focused with a can-do attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and an innovative approach to delivering excellent client outcomes.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy.

You will receive a generous basic salary ranging from £30K - £35K per annum (Negotiable, depending on experience), together with a range of company benefits, including support towards professional qualifications.
