• Conduct onsite surveys of clients’ operations to identify and evaluate risk exposures associated with Property and Casualty insurance coverage
• Analyze client information and industry data to assess loss exposures and recommend risk management improvements
• Collaborate with Underwriting and advise on risk insurability and coverage effectiveness
• Create comprehensive technical reports detailing hazards, exposures, and recommendations for risk reduction
• Manage a portfolio of clients, working closely with senior leadership to support risk management initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, risk management, agriculture, engineering, business administration, or a safety-related field, or equivalent experience
• Six to eight years of experience in commercial underwriting, claims adjusting, or loss control/safety
• Must obtain required Federal and/or State licenses/registrations within the designated time frame
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage travel effectively

• Experience in risk management within the agriculture or food industries
• Knowledge of worker’s compensation, fleet, general liability, and property insurance coverage
• Previous involvement in creating professional development plans and mentoring others
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal business partners and clients
• Familiarity with technical report writing and risk analysis
