As an experienced Reinsurance Wordings Drafter, this is a career opportunity for you to be thego‑to expert for complex treaty Reinsurance Wordings, leading negotiations and setting the standard for excellence. Working closely with Brokers, Clients and Legal teams, you'll ensure every contract aligns with business objectives whilst navigating evolving Regulatory landscapes.

This is a pivotal role for the business, it's growing rapidly and you'll be able to ensure it does so in the best possible way - and leading the Market while doing do.

You'll need an International focus however your Broker contacts will be UK based.

This role offers genuine flexibility with remote working, though you'll need to collaborate closely with the London Broking team. Also you'll be able to work from local offices, if you prefer.

• Draft and negotiate bespoke treaty Reinsurance wordings
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Production, Placement, Claims and Compliance
• Establish wordings standards and best practices across the organisation
• Maintain template repositories and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor market developments and embed Regulatory requirements
