Our client is a leading international carrier in search of a Senior Complex Claims Specialist to join their Miscellaneous Professional Liability Division. This role can be housed nationwide in any hub office (or remote with occasional travel into the office) including Chicago, New York, Atlanta, or Phoenix. This individual will function as a high level adjuster, working within given authority to provide resolution of claims including all phases of litigation from complex to severe.
The Senior Complex Claims Specialist will use superior knowledge and experience to affect positive claims outcome via investigation, negotiation and utilization of alternative dispute resolutions. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting complex coverage letters including reservation of rights and denial, analyzing claims documentation and legal filings, identifying claims trends, and documentation claims files. This individual will also act as a mentor to Claims Examiners and will develop trainings as requested.
Requirements:- 6+ years of claims handling experience required
- Professional Liability experience required
