** Job Description
** Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims leading to the proper disposition. This role is utilized as a peer mentor having mastered our processes and obtained technical expertise.
** National General is hiring an Auto Field Adjuster in the Minneapolis, MN area! The ideal candidate lives within 30 miles south of the city and has experience assessing auto damage both in the field and virtually. Experience in CCC One for writing estimates and supplements is essential, and insurance claims experience is a plus. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, customer-focused, and highly skilled in time management.
** Key Responsibilities
• Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers
• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities

Field Adjuster Cons I: $26.49 – $37.50/hour  Field Adjuster Cons II: $28.03 – 39.42/hour  Field Adjuster Sr. Cons I: $35.82 - 45.58/hour Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role may include additional components, such as incentive pay (for example, commission or bonus), if applicable.
