Insurance Claims Collection Specialist

Position Overview

The Insurance Claims Collection Specialist will play a key role in managing and following up on outstanding insurance claims to ensure timely payments and accurate records. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve claim discrepancies with insurance providers. Bilingual proficiency is considered a strong advantage.

• Monitor, track, and manage outstanding insurance claims.
• Communicate effectively with insurance carriers to resolve claim delays, discrepancies, or denials.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of claims, payments, and follow-up actions.
• Provide timely updates and reporting on claim status to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient claim processing and resolution.

• Prior experience in insurance claims, medical billing, or collections is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
