Catastrophe Adjuster and or Examiner

Team One is seeking Independent Adjusters to handle Residential and Commercial Catastrophe Claims in a designated area of deployment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

3 years of catastrophe adjusting experience

Active state license where required

Ability to arrive at dispatched location within 48 hours of deployment

Ability to work in catastrophic locations

Ability to work 7 days a week

Ability to handle claims in required cycle times.

Proficient in preparing estimates with Xactimate and/or Symbility

Ability to produce a professional adjusting report or narrative report with a comprehensive estimate, sketch and ITV(when required)

Effectively utilize claims technology

Ability to interpret policy coverage a must

Strong investigative and problem solving skills

Must be able to communicate with Team One staff, management, clients, insureds, contractors and other parties that are involved in the claims process in a professional manner.

Ability to climb ladders, get on roofs, get in attics/crawlspaces when required

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
